About me 



Hello, my name is Neeka Boroumandi! I graduted from Emerson College with a major in Business of Creative Enterprises and a double minor in Public Relations and Pre-Law. I am passionate about the intricacies of the beauty and entertainment industry. I hope to use all the knowledge and experience I have soaked up as a student to help brand and market creative projects.

I am an avid lover of skincare and film. Growing up, skincare has been an outlet that has allowed me to express myself and become comfortable in my own skin. I was an intern at a startup skincare company where I have learned how to market to a new target audience, do influencer/media outreach and analyze the competitive market space. I also interned at Buffalo 8, a film and media company, as a marketing and distribution intern where I worked on my own marketing campaigns for films. 

My hobbies include thrifting to expand my personal style, baking recipes I find online, weekly journaling and going to concerts. I have gone to over 200 concerts since my teenage years. I have written reviews and camped out in freezing weather. It is one of my favorite experiences and being a part of live music in any way makes me the happiest. I also love traveling and going back to Iran, where my family is from. I am a fluent speaker in Farsi. Being from a family that came all the way to America has taught me about hard work and sacrifice. I hope to learn more and more about myself and my identity.

︎French Farmacie 

French Farmacie is a skincare beauty brand that focuses on clean, conscious beauty. During their early stages, I was an intern who helped with the brand. Below is some sample work:


︎SWAT ANALYSIS:
I created a SWAT analysis presentation of different TikTok accounts in order to analyze the market and take insights on ways they can improve their TikTok account. This helped me analyze the way other brands were operating and gave me a bigger outlook on how to utilize brand opportunities.

︎Editorial Pitch:
I created an editorial pitch filled with ideas over the creative direction for future photoshoots. This gave me the creative ability to learn about product shoots and team building.

︎Influencer Outreach:
One of the main projects that we have been working on is creating an influencer list of over 100 influencers to reach out to in order to send our products to them. This has involved me researching and creating profiles of different types of influencers that would fit our criteria and aesthetic. I have attached a sample of a few of the influencer profiles I have done out of the 200 plus influencers and editors. We also created their "glow factor" which is what makes them stand out and we used each of these factors to add to their own personalized message. I also helped write those outreach messages along with the profiles. This project helped improve my ability to analyze (FF USE ONLY.)
